Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product unused, in good condition with the original packaging materials and a valid reason. Please contact us before returning any products.

What if I don't want to send a cheque or cash?

That's fine, you can send a poastal order. We accept poastal orders, cheques, and cash. (:please note that we can be in no way held responsible for the loss of any money during transit)

So what's the format, how long does it take?

Well, firstly go back to product page of your chosing. Then press add to cart button and follow the easy steps. Then as soon we receive your order/payment we will dispatch the product(s) you ordered. Sometimes however, there may be a delay as we make all items to order. So please allow up to 14 days for delivery

What about after the guarantee?

In the rare event that the flamer should go wrong or break - you can book it in for a service.
Email us the problem and we will try to talk you through it.
If it is a major problem you can send it to me and I will try to fix it ( a small parts charge may occur depending on the problem.)

Is that your best price?

Nineteen pounds is considerably cheaper than other competitors so no reductions can be made. However, if you buy in bulk or buy again at a later date you may be eligible to recieve a discount. Just ask!
